IMPORTANT: We often communicate with our finalists by email. You must therefore make sure that you have a valid email address and that your email service provider (ie Hotmail/Yahoo!) allows our emails to reach you. We have lots of finalists and send lots of emails, so sometimes our emails are considered ‘junk mail’ or ‘spam’.

If you have a hotmail account you must do the following to ensure that you will receive all our emails.

1. Go to www.hotmail.com and login
2. Click on 'options' (top right)
3. Click on 'mail' on the left hand menu
4. Click on 'junk email protection' in the sub heading
5. Click on 'safe list'
6. Type in 'modeluk.com' and then click 'add'

1. Go to www.yahoo.co.uk and login
2. Click on 'addresses' in the main menu
3. Click 'add contact' in the sub menu
4. Type ‘l.hide@modeluk.com' in the email field and then click 'save'
